I just don't consider him as a legend like Nedved due to his indifference towards Juventus.

It was great to see all those faces again, but one of the ones I've missed most is Padovano. I remember him so distinctly from my first Juve moments as this guy who was full of energy and ready to come on as a substitute to make the difference. He then left Juve, which I always thought was a shame.

Looking over his career record now I realize that he's probably a less accomplished player than Nicola Amoruso, yet in 96 he seemed a great to me.

I see i am obligated to consider him Juventus legend. Of course club will consider him, he is too popular to be ignored. It's about merchandising. He choose Real Madrid over Juventus even after retirement, this isn't even debatable. No matter your crooked opinion, new generation will always remember him with his Real Madrid days. This isn't completely his fault as he became much more popular because of his price tag and media's interest about Real Madrid. But he didn't help it.
