I think, PhRoZeN, the highly paid legal team probably know more about the situation and have a better idea of what they're doing than you do. Calling them stupid is presumptuous, unless you've a relevant body of experience I'm not aware of.

Well it's certainly going to be less relevant than the one of the lawyers Juventus put on the case. I'm sure that they'll do as much as they possibly can. I may know nothing about legal cases, but in my eyes it seems as if you would lose far too much credibility if you're going to claim complete innocence.

gotta applaude this lawyer, :faq1: his already half agreeing that the side his representing could be wrong. Whats the point of having a case when you cant even fight it properly. For gods sake talk about punishment when all conclusive proove is brought forwards.. i know ill proberly get some criticism over these comments ive made, especially from those who have already made there mind up that we deserve to go down no matter what. Fight a case, let the prosecutors bring all the records of moggi and co and let the trial begin, otherwise this is nothing more than a mediated circus composed by those who really are suicidal. I aint by any chance saying we proberly may or may not deserve serie B or C time will tell.. or rather from what im seeing.. maybe not.

Criticism? Why? You made the best point here. What the hell kind of idiot lawyer did they get?

I still have hope that theyll stay in serie a, i really do.

Either ways i dont care man, JUVE for life...

I hope cannavaro stays with us if we ever get demoted.

Id kill myself if those bitches milan stay in seria and get our 2 schudetos.
It would be so unfair.

Its a loose-loose situation. Be demoted to Serie C1 is bad, no need to emphasise on it. But getting away with it or getting a monetary penalty is also bad, we will never have the respect of anybody on earth again. Which is also very bad.

I say lets bite the bullet and hope we get a Serie B demotion!

Right man! :agree: :agree: :agree:

How are we gonna fight the charges if we're lying down and dying already. The other teams are saying they've done nothing wrong, but we're holding our hands up and saying we accept the punishment.

Innocent Until Proven Guilty, does anyone remember that?
