He's not the new Zidane, never was.
French ppl called Ludo the next Alain Giresse, one of les blues squad who won Euro '84.
Well, i dunno about this player, just read it from an article...:)

You know what, I have a strory about Ludo, he's is a big fan of Michael Jordan. One day he meet MJ at Cafe de Paris, MonteCarlo...he was really excited and he said that he's just like a kid who meet his idol and feeling nervous, without saying a word when he meet him that time. Oh, one more...he's a big fan of Mariah Carey too, meeting her is one of his obsession ;)

I dont think this last game scares Barca, he will probably fit better in there than in Serie A, and Barca knows that.
Trezeguets playing at the moment is like asking to get sold.

Puyol sounds great, but didn't Barca said they weren't gonna sell him? Perhaps as a part of the deal for Trezeguet...

As for Morientes, why? If we get Gilardino, why would we need another striker if we have Micolli, Di Vaio and Del Piero?
1. Gilardino is young and has only had one good season. how do we know if he can cut it at juve. do we really want to have two strikers at the club who cant cut it as such.

2. Di Vaio isnt good enough. i dont care if he has scored recent goals, he wastes more chances than boksic used to at the club.

this is why we should look at Morientes as being Trezeguets replacement. he has experience and has proven himself at Real for many years, on a bif stage for his country as well as monaco again this season. Then by having Gilardino there as well, we have future without putting pressure on him as being a starter.

as for Di Vaio, with his wages, we should look at offloading him first and foremost. or at least use him in a swap deal to get others.

morientes and gilardino is better than having gilardino and di vaio.

why dont juve and parma just merge:D

Well, if we could get Morientes for free, then I would agree. But the guy will cost much more than what we've paid for Di Vaio...

From this perspective, I'd rather spend this money to buy promising defenders + one new midfielder + Gilardino.

Morientes expensive???? I think Real want to get rid of him! They will offer him for a good price! I am sure about that!

P.S.: 999 posts! I am about to get a 1000er!

Well Perez is saying that Morientes will go back to Real for next season... And so claims my friend, who is a huge real madrid fan... But besides that, he's OK... :D

And congratulations...

Juventus in Barcelona next week for Trezeguet talks

Barcelona have reportedly tabled a written offer to Juventus for striker David Trezeguet.
Juve directors Luciano Moggi, Roberto Bettega and Antonio Giraudo are scheduled to fly to Barcelona next week to finalise Trezeguet's move to the Nou Camp. Barca have offered a straight cash bid of £16 million for the Frenchman.

They are said to have already agreed personal terms with Trezeguet some weeks ago: £2 million-a-year until 2008, with healthy bonuses written into the contract based on success.

16mil pounds for trez is a reasionable price..we should accept it ;)
