Well Gazetta says that Moggi, Bettega and Giraudo are all in London negotiating the transfer. It seems personal terms have already been agreed and Vieira has agreed to the switch. He has told Arsene Wenger he believes that his future is in Turin. Now Juve and Arsenal have to sort it out. The only thing hampering the confirmation of the switch thus far is that Arsenal want 16m euros in cash, while Juve are offering 10.5 plus Zebina or Appiah.
