I beg to differ, Whatever instructions Conte gave the attackers, he needs to tell them to drop behind the ball. If you want to play possession everyone has to be in a short pass distance. Now its long balls/counters

No real team plays like this. This formation and tactic is embarrassing. We are defending with 4 defenders and 4 midfielders. All they do is sit in their zone. They follow no one. They press no one. 2 players can pass the ball amongst our midfielders because none of them will leave their place in their fucking zonal line to get the ball.
