What I got from the highlights that usually mean nothing, we still concede from corners, Barzagli got owned, Buffon was unfocused and Del Piero is always there to show the team how to play. It seems that nothing has changed and we are just building from last year's damage, Marchisio on the left, no creativity, Barzagli in central defence and random kick the ball and hope for the best football.

I know it was the first test game, but oh boy. Why was Pazienza even on the pitch? He was rather useless and then having Marchisio on the left wing didn't really add much competence. Our midfield was shocking, resulting in our forward hardly getting the ball. That leading to our defenders rocketing balls forward... it was like a blast from the past.

Even the kids / reserves did better in the second half, coming forward a couple of times, because... *drums* we had a left winger.

All in all a pretty damn bad performance. I really hope Vidal can step it up and give Pirlo some air to breathe, as we saw he was the only one trying to somewhat set up a passing game in the middle. That said, add a proper CB next to Chiello, a good left winger and the Vidal we all hope he's going to be next to Pirlo and we will look like an entirely different team, I'm fairly confident of that. Maybe add a bit of Rossi in the mix and we'll be alright, though the center of midfield still worries me. I really hope Vidal proves to be a monster.

What this team really need, is a centre back who is ok with the ball and who can deliver decent passes from our backline. Chiellini, barza and bonucci is simply useless with the ball in theyre feet. It leads to panic in all the teammates and we loose the possesion with a longball or simply loosing it deep in our half. The second most important signing should be a good classic LW ala giovinco, bastos etc. who can support krasic. And the if theres money left we should look for a creative suporting striker ala rossi, aguero..

There was n possession football whatsoever and no link-up play, that's what is killing us, nobody is making themselves available to the player with the ball, they expect him to do something while they either stand still or run away from the ball.

It was a complete lack of effort, because we've either no fitness yet or Conte hasn't actually change the system. In about 4 games time we'll know.

Barca juve? More like Wimbeldon Juve:lol:

"With hardwork & grit we can win" "if we unite we can win" what a load of bullshit. Can't even pass the ball ffs.

"We don't need playmaker":sergio:

You know, i typed in Wikipedia for teams like Inter, AC milan, Although Inter's squad is ageing they signed some fanstastic technically great players, and have world class players like Eto'o, Sniejder, Maicon. Milan have Ibra, Pato, Silva, us - full of Italian mediocre players & others who just mediocre players anyway:sergio: Marotta:sergio: Whoever thought hiring a serie B coach:sergio:

Aguero
Ribery
Kjaer
Hazard

World class, quality players - much needed.

Scudetto or even top three champions league place with this team:sergio:

Longball brainless tactics, the players are shit, but then the market has been active for like a month, and yet this cretin has not signed any world class players:lol::sergio: Ribery? Mata? Pastore?
