This is strange...I've just looked up my copy of American Pshyco and the cover says he's 26...but a web search says he's 27...was he a different age in the film than the book?
Bateman is 26

I am sorry guys, but I quote from the movie :

"I live in the American Gardens' building, on West 81st Street. On the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I am twenty-seven years old ."

The movie?

Seems to be a difference between the movie and book...as I suggested:doh:

I quote from the book:

"Patrick Bateman is twenty-six and works on Wall Street; he is handsome, blah, blah, blah...."

and the DVD:

"Patrick Bateman is handsome, well educated and intelligent. He is twenty-six and living his own dream"

How could this be? Did he have a birthday during the book...I remember his bros did, or...

...Bale got his lines wrong:LOL:

If only Alex_samatar was here...he'd know the correct answer:down:
