sources say he refused an important offer from Arsenal because he already said yes to Juve. :numnum:
"We should be looking at the players Juve are aiming to sign and consider offering more than the cheap italians.

That club has the best transfer record in the game, we could learn a lot from them."

Anyone who "really" watched him closely can shed a light on the guy please ?

PS: youtube guru's calm down a bit (Amauri looked like Ibrahimovic on YouTube so don't base your opinion on 5-8 minutes clips).

Wouldn't mind Draxler for the fee being mentioned, much more talented than Welbeck for a similar figure.

should we tell them City are doing that from years :p

just watched a report on kicker.de with some interview snippets from horst heldt. i guess they have already been posted but kicker interprets them exactly the way i do:

"we talked to julian and i informed him that we will make juventus´ interest public."
-> schalke is slowly preparing their fans for the inevitable: they will lose their role model. bayern acted pretty much the exact same way with schweinsteiger.

"it´s not hinterupfingen who are showing interest but a prestigious club. champions of italy and cl runner ups in the last year. it´s a players duty to take some things into consideration."
-> "we sell him because HE WANTED to get sold. so it´s not our fault. on the other hand it´s not his fault either, because juve are irresistible" ^^

having said that, i really can´t see draxler coming to turin tomorrow :D.
So basically confirmed hes coming :tuttosport:

"I love the negative press headlines. Arsenal set to miss out on Draxler. Like we were about to sign him. I hate the tabloids."

tbf they are really similiar to us - getting linked with the biggest star year after year and usually get nothing - but they already started signing this type of players (Ozil and Sanchez).

Honest question, suppose we get this kid is he enough to make you all get over Vidal's loss?
Nobody would be to be honest, probably why the management isn't even trying to replace him, in our hearts or on the pitch, technically speaking.

We'll get him 100%.
Yea, not like we have tried even try and save face anymore lol.

There is no shadow of a doubt that we're gonna close this deal. Beppe has no problems closing such deals for players with potential. It's when we deal with players who are already on top where we suffer.
This deal is the deal we should've probably made keeping Vidal on the team. Then it's perfectly ok. Getting rid of him and signing this guy, is like Juve in Conte's first year. Starting from scratch. We are the guy who've gotten the promotion to the corner office but still want to drive to work in a hatchback and wear slippers instead of Hugo Boss.

€30m should be enough to close this deal.

Marotta will be looking to put this one to bed quicksticks.

Scudetto 34 just 10 months away.
 love it. Sure hope so.

Underwhelming replacement for Arturo :(
Turned the mercato on its head. All the other signings kind of lose their sheen with this one.

I wish those sources say something good about Juve and goetze.

Why would we not give the 10? It won't remain ungiven i'm sure..
We shouldn't give him the 10 coz he's nowhere good enough to carry that number, and the legacy attached to it. Maybe over time, even though I doubt it will happen. This kid is the new Huntelaar cum Van Der Vaart and I hope I am proven drastically wrong once she's here coz I will be supporting him either way.

Rugani is gamble as safe as it gets. Italian, owned by Juve for years now, experience in Serie A, highly regarded, no injuries, will start as the backup of the backup, no pressure on him because in front of him there are 3 stalwarts.

Dybala is a gamble because of the huge price, but he also comes initially to be on the bench and with Serie A experience.

Draxler is a true gamble, coming from another country, being touted as disappointing performance the past 2 seasons, last season serious injury.
True, well said.

I don't think Draxler will come.
Hope more like.

This kid is going to anal rape serie A
Hope so.

Saponara > Draxler > Gotze > Isco

Saponara is criminally underrated here. Mark my words, he will have best career of any of them. History will prove me right.

Assuming they all stay fit, I would say Isco, zgoetze, Saponara and Draxler.
