Not so great.Yes he have some good displays but he is inconsistent.Look at him now at Chelsea.I am not sure but he make just few games there and shows nothing.Actually he is a permanent bench warmer there.Yes he got speed but that is the only thing he is capable of.Very inconsistent imo.I don't want him here.Especially not for the money Chelsea will ask and that would be at least 25-28 mil.

If he's doing bad at Chelsea that doesn't mean he's a bad player. Almost every player who went from Serie A to EPL managed to choke.

Jovetic did too and majority would want him here (if not for his injuries). Same goes for Dzeko.

Thing is Cuadrado doesn't fit Allegri's system at all unless he's used as RB or RWB.

Anyways, I'd rather we don't buy anyone but looking back to Marotta reactions in the past I can see a panic buy or perhaps we'll offer a ridiculously high fees to sign Draxler.

I didn't like him either in Serie A when he was in Fiorentina . He is overrated imo.I would prefer to stay with the players we have if we cannot buy someone decent and spend the money of Vidal when something important occurs.Not just a panic buy, just to say that you bought someone.Either someone decent or no one.Also I would never give 32 million for Jovetic.I followed him since Partizan days.Good but not exceptional quality.Not to mention his injuries.And as far as I know Dzeko joins City from Wolsfburg not from Serie A.IMO Mandzukic is better than Dzeko .

I don't see us getting a better player than Cuadrado for sure.

As for Draxler, I still believe we can and probably will sign him, but most likely for some high sum as they will milk every penny from that deal as they know it's already August and we need him.

He was great for Fiorentina.

at this point i think draxler would be the best we could get. The player allows allegri the option of playing as a winger or behind the forwards, so i would much rather him. Cuadrado on the other hand is a pure winger and i dont want to see Morata being played out wide just to accomodate him.

So imo if we arent getting a player in the mold of draxler who can offer the tactical flexibility and become a star, I'd rather we not get anyone at all, and put faith in the players we have now. A lot of people insist that this is a transitional year, so why not let the likes of coman and pereyra show why they are here? I would much rather see coman getting a chance than brining in cuadrado.

Fair enough, not much to argue about then. I just think he was quite solid in Serie A and for a good price (which Chelsea surely won't give) I'd say he's a good buy. HOWEVER, I don't see him fitting our system. I was simply arguing about his quality as I agree we'd need a different player at this point, if Allegri is planning to keep playing 4-3-1-2.

yea i didnt mean lets start him as our starting trequartista because i agree he is also a winger, im just saying if we wanted to play a 4-3-3, you could play pereyra and coman out wide. And regarding anderson, not sure how true it is but i read lazio rejected a 60m bid from man u for both him and de vrjj

I agree about Anderson completely.Very,very good player.But to deal with Lotito is ......... difficult.And he bought him for 8 million from Brasil(Santos but I am not sure) but that Brasil club will get 50% of his transfer fee when he leaves Lazio.Again, amazing player.He won't go for cheap.

I love what media and internet guru's did to people. Now if Juve doesnt get Draxler the end is near, doomed, like Draxler is some kind of Zidane-Del Piero combo.

It looks more and more likely that Marotta, the board, made a mess of these deals. Sold vidal for a low fee and without having wrapped a replacement. And now with Schalke, he managed to piss them off when they were open for a sale.

Now I have the feeling this mercato will end in a very disappointing manner. My only hope is Eriksen but good luck dealing with Levy.

We should keep Marotta for his so called market opportunities, which he is very good at it, and bring back Moggi for the high profile signings.
