It will resemble more of a 4-3-2-1 imo and come on people, Asamoah himself doesn't like playing as a left back and he looks insanely average every time he plays there for Ghana.

If people are happy with us having massive weaknesses in the line up just so a likable player can be included then by all means, moan if Evra (An actual left back who's played there at the highest level) benches him.

Exactly then people assume that if Asa doesn't play lb he will suddenly play in the midfield.

The most probable line up will be a 4-3-2-1

    ----------------Buffon
    ----------------------------------
    -Licht-----Barzagli---Chiellini---Evra
    -------------------------------------
    ----Vidal----Pirlo/Marchisio---Pogba
    --------------------------------------
    ------Iturbe------------Tevez
    -------------Llorente

Iturbe will stay wider than Tevez, so that Tevez and Llorente can continue their link up play. But besides that it will resemble something similar to a 4-3-3

Asamoah has to be on the field as much as possible for me.

Pirlo can't play every game anymore. If Asamoah is going to sit for Evra, then I'd like to see a Vidal-Asamoah-Pogba midfield at some points just to see the most athletic midfield in the world grind teams to dust.
