I think it's bs. Quag is off to Torino it seems. Besides if we offered that much they'd accept it IMO. Quag is easily worth 4m so that's the 30m they want.

And Please no one gives me that old stupid record how we don't have enough money to spend in the market. If we end up signing Iturbe we'll pay no less than 25 mil for the guy and people will still argue that we don't have funds.
