Yeah. IMO Gago disappointed so far. He is not bad or terrible but I expected better displays for that kind of money. But then again, this is Real Madrid, it is not the 1st time they overpaid a player and he underperformed.

Per rinforzare la rosa già a gennaio, la Juventus sta sondando anche il mercato sudamericano: due i nomi in cima alla lista "argentina" dei bianconeri, il difensore Jonathan Maidana del Boca Juniors e il centrocampista Damian Ariel Escudero del Velez Sarsfield.

Il primo è un 22enne difensore centrale messosi in luce con gli "Xeneizes" anche all'ultimo Mondiale per Club mentre il secondo è un 20enne mancino in grado di giocare come esterno sia in mezzo al campo che in un tridente offensivo, grazie alle sue buone capacità balistiche.

Per entrambi, la cifra necessaria a far decollare la trattativa si aggira sui 5 milioni di euro.

We keep having an eye on this Maidana guy and on Escudero. Has anybody ever seen Escudero?

They say good things about Escudero but I never saw him play. He was supposed to play at the u-20 WC but he was injured and too busy crashing hotel rooms.
