Tax fraud and Cheating on the State: The Financial Police Confiscates €75M to the Elkann Brothers and Sisters and the President of Juve Ferrero

The judge from the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office has ordered the seizure, requested by the Financial Police, of financial resources, movable and immovable property for €74.8M against the brothers and sisters John, Lapo and Ginevra Elkann, in addition to the historical accountant of the Agnelli/Elkann family and today the president of Juventus (the club is not involved) Gianluca Ferrero for “tax fraud” and “cheating on the State” from the investigation concerning the allegations made by Margherita Agnelli, mother of the three Elkann brothers and sisters.
