Cuadrado is mediocre, so is Khedira. Mandzukic is a shit winger and Dybala is invisible as AM. Higuain is useless in the CL and Bonucci is a good passer but an average defender. Half of our starting 11 was crap last season, no wonder we sucked so much.

A good argument was Alves, love him or loathe him, he was crucial behind our CL 'success' last season. No fucking Italian wingback in the world would have helped us 'achieve' that.

i agree 81 but I'm looking further down the road. Talent and luck needed for CL title. Backline has been a strong suit for Juve for years so no reason team can't continue with a new era of Italia defenders. Just have to find the 3 best starters and it seems plenty to choose from starting next year.

Yes, better players to purchase for 2018 CL quest but these better non-Italia defenders* probably will all leave for money, another country to reside in, etc etc etc while the home grown talent for the most part will want to stay in Italy at a cheaper cost.** Never want my Juve to look like Inter from years past.
