The thing is, is this guy even all that good? Badass, you seen him enough? I havent, but his apparently average defensively. And tbh, with Costas and Bernas in the team now, we dont need a super hyper mega attacking fullback like Dani Alves anymore.

Cancelo could very well be the brazilian De Sciglio defensively.

A guy who plays for a midtable Valencia, is good enough for us? They finished 12th last season.

If we would be in the 3-5-2 model, THEN we would need a great offensive fullback.

Like I said he's miles better than de sciglio who offers absolutely nothing both defensively and offensively. If i had to pick I'd rather go for pereira of Porto but since cancelo is about the only rb we've been linked with of late he's still an improvement to what we have.
