Italian clubs rarely develop a young player. They are considered too young even when they are 23.

I can't really name many players that were developed in Italy over the past 5-6 years... we have Pogba. But other than him we had nobody.
First of all, there have been several good young players coming through in Italy recently.

Secondly, it's not unusual for a big team to go a few years without having a young player 'make it' because the bar is set so high that it is typically very difficult for young players to break into the first team.

Like who?

As for the second part, funny thing that can only happen in Italy. Other leagues manage it quite well.

He still hasn't developed although he's a big talent.

Not impressed so far.

Lamela and marqinios (psg dc)?
One great season and then he flopped in England.

Sticking to Italians:

Florenzi, Insigne, Perin, El Shaarawy, Balotelli, De Sciglio, Murru, Destro.

That's just quickly off the top of my head, not counting ones that Juve own and not counting foreigners.

So you think other big teams are producing youngsters good enough for their first team every other year?

Most are lucky to get one player every few years who is genuinely good enough to play for them a lot.

We need to develop our own strikers and wingers because we have literally no power on the market. follow dortmund example with the development of lewadolski etc....

Generally, if belgum has a good talent, its gone by the age of 16 apart from exceptions

Anderlecht has a good regista talent at the moment(joeri tielemans), the rest of their talent is crap
