It's just Didi talking crazy shit

But to be honest, from what D'Alessandro said in that newspaper article about his friend (Saviola) joining Juve, I see two possibilities and they are

1) that he's actually coming

or 2) that both Saviola and D'Alessandro planned to stir up some shit in the media so that Saviola's employer, Barcelona, would wake up and take notice of the fact that unless he's given a proper run in the team he won't be sticking around forever.

Saviola hasnt got a contract extension from Barcelona yet, and this is his final season of that contract. So we may have a chance to sign him now.

Javier Saviola has conceded he does not expect to stay at Barcelona next season.

The Argentine striker is a free agent at the end of the season when his contract with the Spanish giants expires and as yet he has not received any offer of a new deal.

Saviola is resigned to leaving Camp Nou with a number of clubs thought to be waiting in the wings to sign the diminutive forward.

"I think it will be difficult for me to continue with Barcelona," said Saviola.

"My first option is to stay, but the club still hasn't made an offer to me.

"If the situation does not change it is normal that I will leave the club."

Barcelona's sporting director Txiki Beguiristain also cast doubt over Saviola's future by revealing his contract situation was not a priority for the club.

"It is still too soon to speak about the subject of Saviola," said Beguiristain.

"It is still not a priority for us."

I don't understand why Barca don't play him more. He's scored a couple of clutch goals, but even when Messi and Eto'o were out, Rijkaard preferred Gudjohnson until everyone realized that he was a waste of space. If he's on a free, I hope we get him. I doubt he'd mind being a part of a reasonable rotation, and Del Piero can't play forever.

He scored a few goals for Argentina too, for the South American Cup Qualifying.
