i have 2 points of interest about the stadium:
was interested to know if you think there should be a easier system put in place to for season ticket holders to sell tickets? virtually every game is a sell out yet the average attendance is about 38.400 (out of 41.000) and there is always empty seats on show in the curva nord and the stand facing the camera. this is simply season ticket holders not showing up. Yes the club have already made money off them seats but they could actually make more by reselling the tickets with commission and obviously the new seat holders would spend money at the game and make it actually full rather than full on paper. its a shame to see empty seats at most games unless its the biggest sides
That's what i have been thinking. A password should be given to ticket holders and they should inform the club via internet that they will not attend so club are free to sell it someone else.

its allmost impossible and costs a shitload of money for someone outside italy to visit a match in the juventus stadium...
IMO this has to change if we want to become a even bigger club than that we are..

compare visiting juventus to visiting a match in england... what has to change?
Firstly, capacity.

Is it really that easy to attend a Man U or Chelsea game if you're not tied to a fanclub? I doubt that very much.

Besides, if you pick a smaller Juve game, you'll be able to get tickets without being a Juventus or Club Doc member. It's definitely not impossible.

Such a system exists. For a few years already. But there's not much the club can do when the season ticket holders don't want to sell their seats when they're unable to attend.

What aspect of it costs a shitload of money?

Juve's ticket prices will be cheaper than ones in England.

yeah it is only expensive for you because you have only klm and alitalia flying to that part of Italy which are far more expensive than say Ryanair which i use flying from england to Turin direct and is actually the cheapest part of my trip usually around £60 return, hotel usually around the £150 mark for 2 or 3 nights, all in all about £300 no more than £400 depending on how much spending money you need, nice lil trip.

I suggested another idea to Janna back in May because she had similar issues regarding price, and i know it might seem a bit long but it might be worth considering taking a cheap easyjet flight to England, travel down to stansted airport by coach or train, then fly direct to Turin. If you book early enough it could work out cheaper for you

lol yeah it's an option i'll keep in mind.. i was even planning on taking the trip by car, but it would only be cheaper if you go with 4 or 5 persons... too bad not that many friends of mine actually want to visit juve :(

That's true, when I watched Juve - Milan a couple of years ago, I bought my ticket from a season ticket holder. That was the only way I could attend at the curva.

they actually sell tickets on viagogo for over 1000 euro's... jesus christ
Crazy site, i've heard mixed reviews about them i know Red has said he's never had problems with them, then again i've heard the opposite with others bit hit and miss but for the prices they ask for you would think you are going to a world cup final

I prefer watching matches from the comfort of my home.

Much better view and for free! SopCast > JS.
its all about soaking in the atmosphere

Lol!! Someone's broke. "If you ain't got no money take your broke ass home"
You haven't got a clue, you mop.

This whole "I'm a better fan than you are because I go to the stadium" discussion is dumb. It's not just a matter of money, so hold your horses, Tywin Lannister.

Nobody here is having that discussion. Nobody said anything about better or worse. My initial post is pretty clear and to the point. Either your money is flowing to support Juventus or it isn't. There's no grey area really. Pretty simple. Nothing to do with better or worse.

Good logic for 41k stadium.

Maybe we should have built 1m seat stadium to fit all the Juve fans that watch the games on TV/internet.
