Now we pay rental at the stadium and the City (Stadium owner) makes all the profit from match day sales. I would Imagine that Juventus only gets the profit from season tickets and part of that would go to the stadium owners too.

Some quick math that is probably not even accurate:
Let's say the average ticket cost is 65 dollars. Just say for shits and giggles we sell out most of our home games. (65 x 45000=2,925,00p/g)
How many home games a year do we play? Let's say 18 home games
18 x 2925000= 52, 650, 00. just for Serie A home games.
Let's say we play 6 home games for Coppa:
6 x 2925000= 17,555,000m for Coppa home games.
Let's say we play at least 4-5 games for CL/EL assuming we don't pass knockouts:
5 x 29250000= 14,625,000
That's a grand total of
shocked $84,830,000 dollars just for us that does not get paid out to anyone other than taxes. After taxes, not sure what it is in Italy, that is cash in our pocket to do what we please.

don't forget that season ticket holders (part of the 45,000) pay a reduced price per match because they make a commitment to 18 home games. but then you can also add in all the corporate boxes and facilities which will cost a whole lot more than $65 per game.
Also out of the profit me make we need to pay the stadium off and pay for the upkeep of the facility and wages
