Easy?!? I haven't seen many cases where police grabs the "running on the pitch" guy, but usually he's just pushed to the ground, searched, cuffed and taken away. And they stopped because our players intervened!
The policemen that were on the game were supposed to be special units from Padova, specialized for calcio hooligans. One would expect a smarter approach than beating them up, which makes the idiots even angrier, starting with searching them proparly when they went into the stadium, rather then just letting them by
Yes it is, but it can be handled in another way. The police, by getting so violent, is no better from the guy that wanted to hurt the players! And I'll rather pass the comment on the police in the States, cause I'm still under the influence of that video tape that circled the world a month or two ago.
