Exactly. Even a modern stadium will look dull when it's half empty. 21k for a relegation battlers like Cagliari is perfect. They should be able to fill it at ~95% most of the time, hopefully even more. It'll be cheaper to build and also maintain while they'll be collecting money from tickets and adverts only to themselves. It actually could help them moving to mid-table level very quickly. It seems like they have a decent management so I keep fingers crossed for them.
I think Undinese also has about 20k and it's actually very nice

Afaik Sassuolo bought out their own stadium too, didn't they? Are there any plans on rebuilding/reconstructing it?

Agreed about Fiorentina but the numbers for Napoli are too big IMO. It shouldn't be higher than 45-50k. Better to have a smaller stadium but fully yours than a big one in your head

55k I'd suggest for Roma and inter/milan. I think even those clubs should look for a bit smaller ones considering how shitty their financial situation is. Add to that the very poor attendances Serie A has. It won't be enough to just build stadiums to make people come, they got used to watching it on TV. It's a habit that will take time to change.

We'd have to check it but I think they're not getting that number every week now (only on 'bigger' matchdays, where it get higher than that).

Well it all depends on ticket prices. If the stadium is bigger, it'll cost more to build one and maintain. Too big prices will put off people and south is not as capable financially as north. That's the way I see it. Maybe it's possible to build one like that and keep balance, it's hard to say based on knowledge we have.

The problem is that people don't show up like in the past because prices are high the stadiums are poor. There no more champions around beside 2-3. Today's football is all about money and who win more.
So most of people root for the few important teams and there is a lack of home support.
The quality and the tempo sucks so most of the matches are boring to watch.
Most of the players are foreigners so one can't even identify in them and blablabla

Because a new stadium means an increase of ticket price and Neapolitans are poors or jobless. So even if you give them a new stadium it will be half full unless you make popular prices.
Sometimes i read crying cause the cheapest ticket was 15euro.....

21.000 capacity is perfect for Cagliari. In other competitions teams as Cagliari has also around 20k capacity. Except the German with their 30k stadiums.
