When was the last time when Roma invested in italian youngsters? Florenzi, De Rossi are products of their youth sector, like Romagnoli but he was sold $#@!ing retard Walter
If you dont think he has a point about the current generation of Italians/Italian talent pool in general, then you people are living in denial. Not that i agree fully anyway with his comments.
Pretty sure a guy who extensively scouts for players as his main job would know more about the Italian talent pool than Tuz forum posters.
He wants a finished product, he and Roma don't get in there early and do the ground work like Juve do, so Roma miss out. They want ready made talents for their first team. No vision.
I know that they cant i thought you were talking about Italian talents in general. They want to restructure but i cant see that happening in the near future not with the current leadership. The best talents will continue coming to us or go abroad and frankly i like it.

They had Romangoli and Bertolacci and they were sold without getting the chance to prove themselsves, while they signed the likes of Rudiger, Ucan etc.
Nice, this will be 4th club in Serie A to own their own stadium I guess. One thing though, i noticed capacity wise the stadiums are no where near the rest of Europe.

21k is perfect for a club of Cagliaris size. I'd much rather see that than the likes of Bari playing at a stadium that holds 55k for example. Clubs need to downsize and play at modern stadiums that suit their needs (realistically)
