So I got tickets for Roma-Napoli.. Finally. After lots of struggles with listicket. Now I'm just hoping I'll ever get in. Friend of mine who lives in Firenze will buy tickets for Fiorentina-Juventus the day before. Would be nice to see Juve trash Fiorentina and Roma and Napoli play a 4-4 draw or something.
There's no reason they shouldn't be. Teams with the history of Milan will always resurface at some point. It's just that Milan and Inter have been incredibly mismanaged. Inter basically got a 20 year advantage over all other Serie A teams in 2006 and capitalised in 2010, but failed to build on it. Milan completely lost it ever since really. No structure, no plan whatsoever.
I dont understand how their fans arent revolting.
Milan has a team that is 6th best in the league. They are in 6th position and coppa finals. Good work by the coach.
Milan has been consistantly in the top 3 highest grossing serie a team the past decade, beeing first for half of that time. Yet they only managed to build a team which has been 6th best for a few years now.
The management should be fired, not the coach.

Agreed with some ppl said both milanese clubs are heavily mismanaged. Iirc Inter have debt around 400mils. Add to that no CL next year, and those obligations/options. RIP Intermerda.
Lucky for us to have divine trio on Agnelli, Beppe, and Nedved. As Conte said "remember where we come from." To think we can dominate Seria A for 5 yr (hopefuly not a jynx) in a row after Inter won CL in 2010, still amaze me.

To be honest, im not so sure how they will resurface. Before, if they had one terrible season, you could say they could switch gears and come stronger in the next one.... but the problem in nowadays milans is that their core problems are very deep.
They cant switch gears because they dont have money, they are poorly managed and have no idea how to attack their problems. Add to that the poor economical state of serie A and Italy, and you can clearly see they are in a spiral.
ACMilan will not return to its glory days until they change management and take a whole different road...like juve did with the agnelli/marotta era. But since Berlusconi is the owner...this will not change in the foreseable future. He is a washed out "romantic" who thinks he can operate the club like he did in the 90s...he is even worst now..because they are practically playing roullete with their coaches until they hit the jackpot.
Also, since competition internationally is so strong... when the hit the jackpot with a player...better teams will come right away to buy him and Milan will be forced to sell to pay increased debts. Eager Players will use milan as a stepping stone and fly away at first chance.
As you see, both milan clubs need a serious inject of capital and clear and effective ways to operate. But both requirements are just a fantasy for them. Things really look grim for those 2 teams..and sadly this hurst the league so much.

They waited too long with replacing their old guys and even kept adding new ones like Van Bommel. Then they lost all of them in one summer and were left with bunch of nobodies. And then they sell Ibra and Silva for 60M and don't buy any good replacements

They could have kept Ibra and slowly replaced everyone else.
They have also been experimenting with poor coaches instead of trying to go for a more guaranteed quality coach.
Ibra was on 10M+ wages, thats why they sold him. But they got 60M for him and Silva and I don't even remember any worthy signings that summer
