This Dogbia dude is a pure ball winner, nothing else. How he is supposed to ever match Pogba's Zidanesque skills is beyond me
True that, a physical midfielder who is a really good tackler in midfield, and covers tons of space. In terms of technique and pure ability, he's nowhere near Pogba, I can't believe these comparisons and how overrated Kondogbia has become. Domenech is talking out of his ass as usual.

They're different kinds of players I'd say. Kondogbia was injured for a large chunk of the season, so Imbula probably had the better season overall. They're different players though, Kondogbia is a monster defensively, that is his strong point, winning back balls, while Imbula is a lot better offensively and technique wise, he's actually a good dribbler and has a strong shot on him.

As someone whose watched a lot of Kondogbia, I'm quite surprised about the hype he gets to be honest. He is a very good tackler and interceptor of the ball in midfield, but he isn't a superstar by any stretch of the imagination, he wasn't even Monaco's best midfielder last season. Joao Moutinho was their best midfielder, followed by Toulalan IMO.

i know that they are different Fred. i meant quality and potential wise in their positions. Imbula can be a top player at his position but he doesn't get all this hype like Kondogbia. actually am impressed with Imbula he is very close to Pogba. i wonder why top teams doesn't go for him instead of pogba. he will be cheaper and at least he will be great for any team.
