Inter has a very good squad now and a good coach but the question is will they find a working system that makes this good team on paper good also in terms of performances? I am a bit skeptical about how good they will be. Finding the winning formula is not an easy task and also its not like Inter had a squad worthy of that terrible finish last year. Sure the additions will make a difference but their squad was not poor without the additions. If they underpreformed before I could see them under-performing again.

Catania match-fixing arrests
By Football Italia staff

Seven arrest warrants have reportedly been issued to Catania executives, including their President, due to allegations of match fixing.

Corriere dello Sport has reported that Elefanti President Antonino Pulvirenti has been arrested along with vice-President Pablo Cosentino and former sporting director Daniele Delli Carri.

They have reportedly been accused of varied sporting fraud offences such as fraud in sporting competition and scams.

They are alleged to have bought Serie B matches during the 2014-15 season, and searches are being carried out in Rome, Chieti, Campobasso and Catania.

The report says that the investigation is being carried out by Digos, the Italian special branch, in collaboration with a fraud squad.

CalcioNews24 has reported that lawyers Giovanni Impellizzeri, Piero Di Luzio, Fabrizio Milozzi and Fernando Arbotti are the four others to have been charged with sporting fraud.

 suck shit Pulvirenti. This guy hates our guts and has accused us of getting favours from refs and cheating etc. Love it when the pigs get caught with their snouts in the trough. And yeah, their fans chant "Sapete Solo Rubare" to us.

Wait, you think that's a good team?
    Handanovic

Santon - Miranda - Murillo - Juan Jesus

    Hernanes - Kondogbia - Kovacic

    Shaqiri - Icardi - Palacio

Those players are pretty good (although I don't know if Santon will perform as good as he did in England). It's a pretty great midfield (then again, Kovacic would shine in some other team a lot more as Inter is only good for ruining young talents). However they have no bench and forward line is quite weak. Shaqiri is overhyped and Palacio should be a bench option at best, he's way past his prime. Still, compared to last years Inter it's nothing but improvement.

Miranda, Kondogbia, Icardi is definitely a strong core, I'll give them that.
