Edinson Cavani’s agent quashes talk of a move to Milan - 'I can’t see any clubs in Italy who could pay the necessary figures’.

The Paris Saint-Germain striker was heavily linked with Juventus, but after the Old Lady secured Mario Mandzukic, the Rossoneri were thought to be in the hunt.

“Juve signed Mandzukic, so I’d say their attack is set,” Claudio Anellucci told Calciomercato.

“Milan? I can’t see any clubs in Italy who could pay the necessary figures for a player of the calibre of Cavani.

“Besides, Edinson was very clear about his future, he’s happy in Paris and intends to stay at PSG. There’s nothing more to add.”

Nostradamus at it again :touched: Crushing their hopes to get a mediocre Gladbach player

After reading the name Xhaka countless times, I have to bring some reality back to this forum. There is no chance to get him this summer. He has just extended his contract and Eberl has already stated clearly, that he isnt for sale and no 30m, 40m or 50m ll change that.

Bayern already tried, but the answer was clear..no chance. Some of u prob gonna be butthurt again and saying how hilarious I m, but u guys can bookmark me again..Xhaka ll stay at Gladbach 100% this season.

I would state the same in the Bayern forum, but there I would be called captain obvious with that comment, cos they all know that there may be a chance in 2016, but definitely not in 2015.

The funny part is, that u guys think 20 or 25m would be enough to get him. Clueless.

This season is really important for Merda. If they fail to reach CL yet again, their financial situation will ensure another 10 years of mediocrity.
Can't wait to see that happen.

Anyways I'm glad that a player like kondogbia moved to inter not Ac Milan.

Inter can have both Messi and cristiano up front and still struggle in the league or Europe, it's inter afterall.

They had freakin Ronaldo and Vieri the best attackers in Europe back in the 90's and they still fucked up in Serie A. Cannavaro was struggling there, moved to Juve and became the best defender in the world !

That club is really cursed and I'd bet a couple of years down the road we'll see kondogbia somewhere else with the club signing him paying a 1/3 of that fees !

Exactly. They couldn't win a Scudetto since the 80s. Inter are pure destilled losers and even with Messi and Ronaldo they would find a way to choke. It's hilarious really :D

For me there is no doubt that Inter will miss CL next year, even if they steal a cash truck and suddenly don't sell Kovacic

I disagree with this

the EPL teams were just darn awful this year, it was hard to not have a league outperform that year. Having said this, I do think Serie A is slowly returning to form, AC Milan and Inter are looking to invest again, I think we'll take back the 4th spot from the Germans. The EPL is too powerful at the moment, it's just going through a blip thats all

:agree: if that trend was happening for 2-3 seasons straight then yes but my guess is it's a one season phenomena what happened last season.

Most likely we'll see an EPL team either winning the CL or Europa league next season, their teams are just too wealthy ATM, Italians will find it extremely hard to compete with that (or any other leagues out there in Europe)
