With Jackson Martinez in the bag, Milan President Silvio Berlusconi confirms offers for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Geoffrey Kondogbia.

Porto President Pinto Da Costa confessed on Friday evening that “Jackson has chosen Milan” with the club prepared to pay his €35m release clause.

It is rumoured that the Colombian striker agreed a salary of €4m plus performance-related bonuses.

He is currently on international duty for the Copa America and could undergo a medical there.

The Rossoneri aren’t stopping there and have offered in the region of €28m to Monaco for midfielder Kondogbia, whose wage demands are €3m per season.

They are also in negotiations with PSG for Ibrahimovic, who could reportedly return to San Siro for €10m, though an even lower sum if defender Adil Rami was included in the deal.

“Ibrahimovic? Yes, we are seeing what happens. We hope he can return,” Berlusconi told Tele Lombardia.

“We need three strong strikers and we are looking for them on the market.”

Sky Sport Italia claims Ibra has requested €8m per year wages plus performance-related bonuses on a two-season contract.

Agent Mino Raiola is due to fly out to Qatar on Monday for talks with Paris Saint-Germain owners.

Sinisa Mihajlovic is not officially the Coach yet, as Pippo Inzaghi has not terminated his contract by mutual consent.

Nonetheless, Berlusconi was asked whether he would give Mihajlovic a Scudetto-winning squad.

“We hope so. There is great ambition for next season.”

The transfer strategy is thanks to the introduction of Thai investor Bee Taechaubol, who agreed to buy 48 per cent of the club for €500m.

“How is it going with Mr Bee? All good, although we’d do well even without him.”

They have to make headline signings because they are in the dirt after the last few years, at least short term, which is always how Milan plan.

Jackson Martinez for 35 million and Zlatan on huge wages are catastrophic signings for them. That dumbfuck Galliani never learns.
I dont see it that way.

They've been irrelevant for years now so they need 'names' to become popular once again and attract fans.

Ibra i'm sure has been/or will be specifically brought in for that.Commercializing is very important in this day and age.

it seems they can do it because Berlusconi sold 48% of Milan to Bee but he put as clause he wanna leave as a winner and not like the louted loser of the past years.
Anyway behind Milan there is Doyen sports right now so they are going for Doyen players and so on.
Martinez is a good striker we gotta see how he adapt from the port(O)guese-league to serie A.
If they stop at taking those 3 players it's a huge improvement but nothing to worry about but if they keep buying and spending like shit not caring about their financial outcome it's gonna be hard guys.
My last hope is that players won't join them. I can understand Ibra 34years old he liked Milan and so on. Martinez is a good striker and never made it out of portuguese league being 29yrs old so a good one but not awesome for all they money they have spent on him. I really wish for someone else to pick Kondogbia. He is a beast of cm and really young. Let's pray for Real or someone else to snatch him away from them.

I wonder how it'll be before they figure out that he was injured for much of last season.
In before "We only didn't sign him because we were concerned about his injury problems".

Anyways, it wouldn't surprise me to see Milan as our primary challenger next season, kinda like Roma or Napoli before them. Ibrahimovic still has 2 world class seasons in him, and Kondogbia would be a great signing as well, really like the guy.

Now they have a Milan fan trolling them lmao

Lol@ Arsenal being more elite than Juventus at the moment.

One team reached the final of the CL and is a two time winner of the competition. On the other hand,Arsenal have managed a single appearence in CL final and exit at ro16 regularly.

Only thing Arsenal have is that they play in the EPL which is more marketable than SerieA.Nothing that you guys have earned, everything handed to you on a silver spoon .

Much as I hate Juve,Arsenal dont have anything that makes them an "elite" club.Arsenal rarely get mentioned as a top club in discussions ever as you have never even come close to winning a european cup save that one time in 2006.

So stop thinking of yourself as europe's elite. You have always been a team of also rans and never ever have challenged for a european title seriously. And I dont think that's likely to ever change.
Rekt
