Because the new boss of the FIGC has to pretend that he knows what he is doing and that he knows how to bring Italy back on track. And since they don't know how, they just do something in the hope it will work in someway.

To be fair the Milan fan is right, we have more or less hit our ceiling in terms of finances.Stadium money will never go over 41-43m a season, TV rights money will increase sure but the bigger slice of the pie we need to work on is the commercial side, we only made 55m in terms of revenue on that front last season.

The Adidas deal helps but Agnelli fucked the club over by renewing that awful deal with JEEP.

All the counterfeit stalls outside the JS on match day doesn't help either.

The stadium money is not going over 41-43 mil a season because of the condition the Serie A is in. As for the Jeep deal its because Exor don't want to give us money right now. The real money in the future will come from merchandising and exploiting our brand. And we are far from hitting the celling in that department. There is a shit ton of money to be made if we act smart, we might not grow as fast as other top clubs because the Serie A but we are gonna get there and be like Bayern Munich is in Germany right now(self sustainable). You are expecting for the money to come over night the fact is Juve is in a shitty league and a shitty country which pretty much limits us but with some smart calls from our management we could be in the top 5 in terms of revenue.

Well if they want to invest they'll do it like PSG through their sponsors FFP is just bullshit for smaller clubs. Not one of the big clubs who broke the FFP rules got punished.

Dayum :D

But how does limiting the squad size help in any way? Like, what's the official reason?
"if you can only use 25 players, you'll use these 25 more often, so if among the 25 are youth, they'll get more playtime"

In reality, it just means less rotation and players who are versatile to become more important

What does it mean for Juventus? Are the Chinese Abramovich-like or Thorir-like? In other words can we consider us in danger?

Anyway we need a new nickname for them. I suggest "Mulan"
