that pic pefctly describes inter. coaches barely stay enough time to change anything.

this was them pre caliopoli. we must never forget that it was them orchestrating our fall, not us fixing refs that allowed them to become relevant

At this point it doesn't matter who the coach is, Mourinho could come back and it would still be more of the same. Too many players who are just showing up for their paycheck and that's it.

Hmm... isn't this a pretty great deal for Inter?

I also liked Paletta last year, he was very solid. I remember we were linked with him but Parma asked for insane numbers. So I'd say both teams made (after God knows how long) very good deals.

not sure about santon. he hasn´t played a single PL game this season because of his knee. he is still relatively young and if he returns to being somewhat decent he probably already justifies this price tag.
paletta was indeed very good last year, by far not as good this year. parma is a mess, though. can´t do much wrong for 500k, i guess.

I had no idea about his knee. But he was pretty damn good in England for a couple of years. But yeah I guess it's risky to buy him injured.

Parma is a mess, like you said, I wouldn't blame it on individuals. I think he's a much better defender than Bocchetti and pretty much all other defenders at Milan bar Alex.

well if this 8-game-clause is real they are relatively save.

yeah, it´s always hard to rate individuals when the team as a whole sucks. although someone has to be responsible ^^.
it´s the same thing with dortmund. if someone talks about the performance of a single player he always gets "lol, dortmund is a mess. can´t blame a single player". but that can´t be true for everyone. or at least it can´t be a 100% excuse.
having said that, i haven´t followed parma at all this season so i have no idea if he is one of the reasons for their downfall or if he is just a tag-along. anyways he will probably improve milan, just as you said :D.

Yeah, but that's like saying Hummels and Subotic are horrible player since they are last. But that's not true! :D

it´s more like saying that they are having a terrible season (on a personal level) which is definately true.
for example, i think hummels is one of the main reasons (although that sounds a bit too harsh) dortmund have been so poor. of course it´s a vicious circle: hummels bad (amongst others) -> dortmund bad -> hummels even worse -> ...
if hummels regains form dortmund would improve massively imo.
that´s what i meant: pretty much everyone is/has been underperforming at dortmund this season but it all started with some injuries and some key players being out of form, so the tag-alongs did what they do best, they tagged along and the above mentions vicious circle continued and got worse :).
but as i said above, no idea what applies to paletta.
