Milan is really a mess right now.
But i guess Pippo is the least of the problems.
Yeah their squad is weak,but still,not for 9th place ffs...this squad should be 5th/6th.imo.
Some players not deserve the line up at all,better go with some young motivated players from primavera but not the average/old guys who play like shit.

The veterans behaviour in the dressing room could be the problem as well. There are reports Pippo has fallen out with Montolivo, Abbiati, and Bonera - which are the same group rumoured to have fallen out with Seedorf last year...

Montolivo: Good player, but by no means excellent.
Abbiati: He hasn't been relevant for a decade.
Bonera: Was he ever relevant?
Honestly the best thing for that disaster is:
-Pippo steps down to prevent himself from losing his hair, and reducing the cruel punishment that he is not deserving of.
-Berlusconi sells the team
-The new owner brings in a well respected coach from abroad or an experienced Serie A coach who has no ties with the club
-Clean out the garbage which includes Galliani, and any of the noisy players on the team.
-Keep a few of the professionals and talented younger players
-Build a stadium
-Revamp the team...
Until then, we won't have to worry about them much.

With or without a new owner,and even with the shit they are going trough lately,they still have pretty high income...i wonder why they can't make a move or two for decent players...that's a blame on the managment: Berlu,Galliani...

Unfortunately, they also are responsible (as one of the "big clubs") for developing Italy's talented young players. With this sort of management and the poor development of young talent (SES for example), it hurts La Nazionale.
It directly affects us (Juventus), and even more for those who are Italian.
Getting the 4th UCL spot back is critical for the league. When every other league is compounding a high single digit revenue growth, while Serie A is compounding at low single digits for some teams, or shrinking for others, that directly affects our top line.
We need:
-The 4th spot back
-Investment in Stadiums
-Investment in youth infrastructure.
If Serie A is going to recover and Juventus can start competing financially with the big clubs.
I mean how can we expect to keep players like Pogba in the long run? We can't. Now we can...but if things continue? It'll be very hard.
150MM Euro of our revenues are broadcasting. If the EPL and other leagues experience growth of 8% per year.
For example:
Juve 150MM Broadcasting, 130MM Matchday and Other
Tottenham 113MM Broadcasting, 100MM other
Over 8 years, if other remains fixed, and the broadcasting deals continue on their trajectory:
Juventus: 201MM @ 3% CAGR
Tottenham: 243MM @ 8% CAGR
Because of the lack of salary controls, most of this ends up in wages. Mid-tier EPL sides will be able outbid us for players, and there is no way in hell we'll be able to keep players like Pogba.
So whether Juventuz or Italians, interests are pretty much aligned.

So why do people here always say we need inter and Milan to return to their former standings?
As Maddy said, they are best positioned. They have millions of fans and are relevant outside of Italy. And let's be honest, Napoli isn't exactly the most "supportive environment" for international supports. Can you imagine Indonesians going to go see a game at the San Paolo? Roma could, but it would take years, especially when splitting a market with Lazio.
ANOTHER THING - AND THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT FEASIBLE, BUT IT WOULD IMPROVE THE LEAGUE FINANCIALLY.
The best thing as crazy and impossible as it is, is consolidation (Raiola actually suggested this).
It's clear Italy has too many multi-team markets. We're actually ok for the most part because Torino is more or less irrelevant. But in any other industry, consolidation is the most efficient way to improve financials for all participants in a market. It has been proven over and over again, especially for declining or unsustainably competitive industries.
-Milan and Inter should be one club.
-Lazio and Roma should be as well.
-Genoa and Sampdoria would be another good combination.
-We'd absorb Torino just for humour, but it would only add like 5% to our top line.
That would give you international worthy participant, that would drive TV deals, and would help support the rest of the league financially. One team in:
-Roma
-Milan
-Turin
-Genoa
would really improve things. It is clear that the league is stretched.
