It's all about how you deal with it. If he really did build these hospitals and adopt 3 children, because he feels for the situation there, then fantastic! Hope he has a happy family, and the kids grow big and strong, and make their papa proud. And that his projects in Togo prosper.
However, if he did all for the image, and he did this in order to have a feeling of "oh I'm such a good person, I adopted 3 things from africa, I saved their lives they owe me" type of shit, lynch him now.

Louis van Gaal’s biographer believes that the Dutchman has shaken hands with Kevin Strootman on a move to Manchester United.
The Red Devils continue to be linked with a future bid for the Roma midfielder, who is just back in first-team contention following nine months on the sidelines with knee ligament damage.
According to the man who recently wrote a new book about United’s manager, a gentleman’s agreement between Strootman and Van Gaal on a future move has been in place since before the latter even took over at Old Trafford.
“In the spring of 2014 there was a match between PSV and Feyenoord,” Dutch journalist Hugo Borst has told Talksport.
“Robin van Persie was in the stands, along with Louis van Gaal. On the other side was Kevin Strootman. The pair chatted, this was when people knew Van Gaal was going to Manchester United.
“Van Gaal asked Strootman whether he was interested in playing for Manchester United, and he said he was very willing. They have shaken hands on the deal.
“It won’t be in January but it will be next summer. He is an outstanding player.”
