The Midfield is certainly world class, but without Benatia that defense is rather average, and the forward line is quite poor. Why they aren't playing Destro is beyond me... A forward line of Iturbe--Totti-Gervinho is so retarded. If they want to do well in Europe, they need to move on from Totti.

First match of the season... I guess they're trying things out like we did today, don't know. Nowadays almost all defences are pretty much average. City's today had an appaling performance.

The thing about Totti is that he's like Pirlo, at one point can be a big liability to both counter attacks or just bad decisions and then there's moments of brilliance. So I see why they still play him.
