Why is no one in the media talking about the burden Totti is for Roma? Why is no one telling him to retire and show some self-respect, why is no one telling him if he wants the best for Roma it's time to say goodbye to being a player?

His overall game sucks, he is too old for the modern game, too slow, he rarely is able to score from open play and he doesn't fit any system. Roma plays a 4-3-3 and if he plays as a 9, it means they don't have any striker on the field, they have no strength in the penalty box as a result of that and are no attacking threat at all. If he plays as a winger, well, then they lack tempo, they then basically lack everything what a winger is supposed to be on one side and Gervinho or Iturbe are easier to defend since the opponent can focus mostly on them. Ultimately no one really has to worry about grandpa Totti from open play. He would be more useful for Roma in a museum than on the field.

Totti is the type of player who sucks most of the time, no one says anything because he is a sacred cow, and then when he has a good moment once a month gets praised like there is no tomorrow. Overall he is and always will be a burden for Roma until he retires, he might be good for their image, he is good for their Youtube channel, but he is terrible for their team performances, terrible for their budget since he earns 5m after tax and he resembles everything that's wrong with Roma.

The worst thing from Roma's point of view is that Totti is going to continue to play for a couple of years. He is propably unware of it, but he is going to make it very difficult for Roma to become a top-club, more difficult than it already is. He'll continue take a spot away from a player that fits to the modern game, he'll continue to help opponents in their defense work and he'll continue to earn much more than he deserves, money that could be spend much more wisely. And no one is going to say anything because the power he has is insane, he is in full control of a small club with the mentality of a loser club. Any coach, manager or even president who says anything against Totti will get lynched. That's why the media is so silent about him. Totti is the most powerful person at AS Roma and he isn't using that power to help the club. Good for us, bad for them.

Berlusconi/Galliani and Totti have a lot in common.

New low for Serie A, Italy, absolutely baffling:

So apparently Parma's now arrested conman President seems to have bought the club with €4.5m that a gang stole through cloned credit cards? And: "The accountant of Parma president revealed that the president is living on the mother's retirement pension and his wife works as caregiver".

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
