FILIPPO INZAGHI (press conference)
"I was convinced that by having players back from injury we could start to see the Milan from the end of December again. Tonight’s result is tough to swallow and to tell the truth even a draw would have been tough on us. The disappointment from tonight was the lack of cynicism in front of goal. We should have made it 2-0 because I knew that Fiorentina would have put us in difficulty and I brought on Cerci to try and find a second goal as I knew it was a match that needed to be wrapped up. Next week we will have many players available again and then there is the international break. We can still play good football and achieve a lot. Joaquin changed the match, he caused us problems. We have to keep this self-assuredness with which we played with today. Congratulations to Fiorentina that turned around a difficult match."

Is that what is called a perfect Serie A round?

I am loving Roma's season so far and about Garcia, I am damn sure that he stopped beating his wife and started beating himself, Edward Norton Fight Club style. Blood splashing everywhere and teeth flying all around.
Has to be called perfect. Milan blows a lead in the last 7 minutes of their match and loses. Napoli gets spanked by Verona. Roma gets spanked at home by Sampdoria and jeered by their own fans. Lazio shuts up Torino and moves to 1 point behind Roma. And Inter draws relegation candidate Cesena at home. :tuttosport:

The thing that makes it even better is Pippo being fired. If Garcia and the fat waiter were fired too, it would be the best Serie A round of fixtures ever!
