We spent 50m this summer, 20m on Morata alone, while you claimed that Juve can't spend more than 13m on a single player. lol

I worked with facts and present such, therefore when I say that we earn the most in Italy and that Roma doesn't have enough financial power to compete with us with or without new stadium it's not some biased fairy tale as you would like to believe. If I were to claim that we can compete with Real, Barca or EPL clubs on the market than you could say such things.
You said we'd spend 30 on one, later you ended up with 'we almost bought Iturbe'.

But yeah, what I was saying was simply facts. Vucinic, Asamoah, Isla, Matri, Bonucci, Ogbonna.. it's how we roll, it's never really more than 18mln. After signing Melo and Amauri for big cash we never spent big on individual players, which was my point in the first place as I was never questioning Juve's spending and financial power. Look at our team and you'll know what I mean. Before you come up with some new theory, no, I'm not saying what we're doing is wrong. I love how we signed Barzagli, Pogba, Pirlo, Tevez and Vidal for peanuts and made their value a lot, lot higher. I love that. I was simply stating how we're not gonna spend big on one player. Simple enough :p

That's why I said in the future, 2-3 seasons was barely a random number but it points our future. It's obvious they are promoting their marketing worldwide at the moment and it's strategical moving with a bit of brain. It has nothing to do with them spending big and not winning anything. It's about spending big to replace a shit team that they had for many, many years. They are improving, new board, new coach and plenty of good players. I can see that as improvement. With the new stadium I don't see anything changing drastically. After so many years they are also in the CL. Milan and Inter might have bigger fanbase, but they have empty seats. They might be a bigger brand name, but they have plenty of shit names on their jerseys at the moment. Inter is in the phase of slow progress while Milan is downgrading. Unless they add some cash and/or change the owner they won't come close to top 3.

Once again. Please. THIS has nothing to do with 'Roma is gonna win next 30 Scudetto'. All I was posting was a thought for a club which I see as our rival in the future.

Until you realize it was on Morata, and with a buy-back clause.
it could have been on torres and the clause could have been to shit in my mouth for all i care. the point still stands. dule said (with total confidence i might add) that juve wont spend 20 million on a single player.

I've explained everything and you're pretty much retarded if you can't understand my point.

Okay then, simple misunderstanding. Still I see both Milan and Inter more of a threat than Roma in the near future, once they gain momentum. Till then Scudetto is ours to lose.

I said that we could afford +20m purchase this summer, which we did.

While we're at the subject... any words of Milan being sold? And what really happens with San Siro?
Haven't heard anything recently. Few months ago reports were that Berlusconi rejected Peter Lim and his roughly 300m offer for 50% of ownership. Later on he bought Valencia and started to spend some real money on reinforcements. Imagine the fury of Milan fans after another abysmal transfer campaign, when the biggest name they brought was Torres.

I feel we are becomming a bit the bayern of italy.

After Marotta rebuild juventus and Conte made most out of a bunch of quality and less quality, we

    - significantly improved the quality of the team
    - significantly improved the quality of the bench
    - added a load of highly promising young players
    - build our own stadium, wich is generating revenue and increasing
    - significantly increased revenue in general
    - much more to come with continasa project

If Milan does everything right and gets top 2/3 for a few years and buidl that stadium, by the time that stadium is finished and they have a genuinly good team again, several years have passed.

    - we'll have grown as a brand abroad.
    - we'll have the continasa project finished with additional revenue
    - we'll have a higher operating capital, and wont need as much operating loans as we do now, wich leads to more options

We might be looking at 400 mil turnover, whilst milan would be back around 300

As we see today, there is a gigantic difference between 400 mil turnover and a good capital, and 300 mil and many loans

gotta take something special if milan is gonna close that gab. And i honestly dont see how, if we succeed in finishing top 2 for the next decade.

Wich like Bayern, barcelona/real madrid, psg, we should
