well we "earned" 1 point because torino (3) > bologna (2). another point because i had cagliari at 3 when it should have been 2.
+ there was another mistake i can´t remember (maybe bologna?).

but as i said: don´t take those ratings too seriously ;)

How do numbers mean shit all?

Everyone is making it seem as if Gervinho never hit these numbers in the premier league? He has.

Gervinho is a forward, stats mean everything for forwards.

What I was trying to say is Gervinho doing well here isn't evidence that Serie A is a poor league that people like to use.

If so, how come Tevez and Higuain don't look like Ronaldo and Messi over here?
Man you're obsessed with numbers, too much FM for you.

How do i explain this to you ? Gervinho looked worse than your average winger in the PL,he was a total misfit for them.Whereas in Serie A its a completely different story part of it has also got to do with playing under a familiar coach in Garcia.

This isnt a league vs league debate over here but seriously, stop trying to argue everything using numbers.First of all,Gervinho is a wide man and is part of the support cast. How do you measure a performance of the player over 90 mins ? You really cant without actually watching him and what he contributes to the team and for Roma ,Gervinho has been immense making a mockery of Italian defenses, taking on players, creating chances, causing defenses trouble using his movement and pace.

Now tell me can you really measure that using numbers ?

Well, my original post was in regards to those criticizing the league for Gervinho's good form.

Roma seem very similar to Conte's first year at Juventus. They have the luxury of playing once a week, some very solid players, and the team is flying right now.

Gervinho just fits so well with how Roma play and he has everything going for him right now. He has a wicked pace which is cutting through Italian defences, yes. But he's not making a complete mockery.

Once Roma start playing every 3-4 days they'll dip heavily in form if they don't sign proper depth, and that includes Gervinho. He'll most likely return to his Arsenal form when he doesn't have the legs to run like that week in and week out.

no, the parma-rating doesn´t count into the sum.
btw: when will this game be played? kicker.de said 19th february but this obviously didn´t happen ^^
It seems that Roma will decide when it suits them best and obviously FIGC will accept their proposal.

true (both posts). so if i were roma my first "pick" would probably be something like the 9th of april. inbetween cagliari (a) and bergamo (h). parma - napoli before that.
but i don´t think the game will be played that late.
so i´ll go with the 2nd of april. inbetween sassuolo (a) and cagliari (a). parma will be playing away to lazio before that.
