In the first season they might actually be a good team to sell some fringe players to for extortionate fees, depends on what vision the owners would have for the club. I doubt Cagliari is going to have that same pull as Paris to start a huge franchise. Maybe they will be a feeder team.

Probably a feeder to Paris. PSG has the advantage of being in one of the worlds greatest cities.
