Couldn't have someone told him before the game of the important milestones that can be accomplished? They made him look almost autistic.

Now I understand very well what did Cassano mean when he said this about Nagatomo:

"We're friends because we don't understand anything when we talk to each other," he said. "What do we talk about? Everything, food, women, from morning to night we tell each other a thousand times what great friends we are because we don't have any alternative!"

I'm not laughing at Honda that much, actually. Most of why I'm in tears is Milan as a club. The Milan Channel interviewer, the awkward, cringeworthy round tour at the Milanello (00:58: "And then we go to Dolce & Gabbana..."), Fester not understanding Honda's introverted nature (typical of japanese men) and forcing him to applaud etc.

Honda's reactions to it all makes it a whole lot funnier, though, his eyes and his monotonous voice and behavior, but the hilarity is on Milan as far as I'm concerned.

Though the "pray" stuff is hilarious on Honda's part :D But he does seem like a cool guy to be honest.

Allegri's first meeting with Honda. A 10 second awkward stare, before asking: "Are you happy? ; )"

Me too. But after seeing they signed Radja nothing makes sense really. There's no way they are spending 20mln on a guy to replace Bradley and warm their bench.
:boh:

Don't know if this is the American owners putting out a signal of intent now that they actually have a coach they feel is worth backing.

And it's all very well saying Naingollan is a player for the bench, but if they have ambitions to win things (or even just regularly get in the CL) they need more good players and we all know a fourth-choice midfielder is going to get an awful lot of playing time - even if they aren't injuries to the starters - and especially once they are playing some sort of European football again, as you imagine they will be next season.
