I think a bit of both.

It makes me laugh when I hear people making fun of other league's defending when we have to see Gervinho toy with defenders in Serie A.
I also think it's a bit of both, but league being weak is probably more dominant.

Italian NT throughout the history had great CBs, but it's a wrong belief when people out of that make it sound like whole league has amazing defense. What is also important that players are not used to real wingers in Serie A nowadays as nobody uses them, hence his domination.

Completely agree. When the most famous and most lethal Italian winger is Cerci, you know you're fucked.

People also like to use Jovetic as an example.

Jovetic has always been overrated in Italy. And he's not an explosive player, so EPL is not suitable for him, unless he had amazing talent like Ozil.

He'd cut it in some Atletico Madrid or Valencia in La Liga. Not talented enough to be in a top team, though

    Which league is the toughest?
    Brasileirao.

joking, EPL. Average and small teams are the tougher to beat, a lot of clubs with big stature.

Gotta mention that Juventus supporters must take into account that the league seems tougher than it really is to us. Every team plays the match of their lives against us, 90% of them abolutely hate us. Diamanti seemed to be playing for his life friday.

Event with that being ponted out, I'm still pretty sure this is the 2nd toughest/most competitive league in the world.

    Ljajic also playing very well.

And Fiorentina is indeed so soft. I want to kill Valero sometimes. Ambrosini as a DM is a fucking joke. He was already a joke in his career "peak", imagine right now.
