I believe we have potential to do much better but we are not showing it, I believe we have a great squad but we are not showing it. I believe that we are the strongest side in Serie A but we are not showing it and it is silly to dismiss all other teams in the league who are currently showing a much better performance than we are. Until we show that we can play as good as Roma, Inter and Napoli are doing in the league some of the fans better shut the fuck up. The fact is we have played like a bunch of retards the entire time regardless of the results. And until we show our potential statements like yours about beating Roma sound as silly.

Roma look like real contenders, I've always said if we didn't win it then they would. But they are considerably low in depth and it might pose trouble for them later in the season

Roma definitely look like a team that could give us the most trouble and I believe we've found anti-Juve side for this year. I must say some of the comments I've read here lately were quite common among Milan's fans two years ago, comments like: Juventus don't have enough depth, injury crisis could be too much of a burden for their ambitions, once they lose their confidence will suffer, etc... Juve arguably have the best team around, but this year we simply don't look motivated enough, at least for now and it is not without a reason that we haven't managed to win 3 titles in a row for how long now, 30-40 years? Hunger for success combined with the lack of European competition could be driving force for this Roma side.

I hope I jinxed them now with all this praise and they finally start losing games.

I don't think Inter was that dumb really. Totti's goal was a perfect shot with like 5 players running at him and Gervinho was dribbling through them like pylons. In both cases, they had tons of men back to defend but failed spectacularly.

Then they were chasing the game at 2-0 and got caught out.

Exactly and Juve need to sort this out. We don't use counter attacks as much as we should be and have tendency to slow down our play when the opportunity for counter attack is presented. I would like more options in our game, as I'm not particular fan of one dimensional approach, be it counter attacking or possession based football. This is why we need pacey winger in January and I hope those rumors of us searching for one are true.
