Baffling decision from Mazzarri to play so aggressively and to try and play a high tempo from the start.

Just played right into the hands of Roma and their counter-attacking style.

Still, that should just about be the end of the counter-attacking chances for Roma this season. After showing what they are capable of, they should now be faced with the sort of defensive tactics that most top sides in Italy are accustomed to facing. Be interesting to see how they do against some deep, packed defences.

Can't help but feel when watching a game like that that it's a really bad move to play 3-5-2/5-3-2 against a 4-3-3.

It's just so hard to get the balance of you team right.

Any one have the gif of Garcia looking for Maxzari to shake his hand but Mazzari is gone lol?

Indeed.

I believe I wrote at length about the problem around the two games Juve against Shakhtar last season.
We lack attackers and players to open games up to create chances. Always going to struggle with a defensive minded approach.

Inter

But Roma look great this season. Genuine title contenders, Garcia has fixed their defence up, their midfield is amazing and Totti is still as good as ever. Their counter attacks were fucking lethal tonight.

They are really playing amazingly.

But the squad is very thin, Totti never goes by a season without getting injured at least once...

And teams will start parking the bus against them, like they do against Juve.

Inter definitely played much more intensely against us.

No way in hell they'll keep up with this rythm.

We'll win this shit again

So do you think Real Madrid will get the best of us?
:boh:

Aside from the quality of the players, it's a tactically awkward opponent for Juve, in my book.

Does depend if Real play with genuine width, though, or if all their 'wingers' drift into the centre, which would suit Juve far more.

I haven't actually watched Real Madrid this season, so can't give an informed opinion on them.

They sdudied Inter so damn well in the first half dint they ?
Roma never committed more than three men in attack in the whole first half, so they were actually the ones adhering to the classic cautious approach.

It was Inter who tried to play the aggressive first half, only to get well and truly fucked because of it.

Most unlike Mazzarri to look to open up a game so early.

Idk why people act like Gervinho is terrible. He tore EPL defenses up, his finishing is just garbage. You can see that even now.

His speed and skill is really useful when Roma have the lead and teams are forced to pushed more players forward, and they've pretty much played ahead all season. Roma is very impressive.

Inter started like aggressive fools, and got shafted in the ass

Roma started organised and balanced and found out they didnt need to take risk.

So you can shove your asshole douchebag comment in your ass, cause i've been proven right.
Not the first time that i happen to be right after getting flak from imbeciles like you

What were you telling me a few days ago?

So how does it feel now that we got outplayed by Inter and they got trashed by Roma?
How many goals did this inter score against us, since we got outplayed ?

Are you saying that we will make the same mistake? because it is definite that we will use the same formation.

How many goals did we put past FCK, Verona, Chievo and Torino? Because according to you and a few others we also outplayed them. Especially FCK.

Dont you fucking start bulshitting me jack, on words i didnt say, dont you motherfucking dare.

Juventus easely controlled each of those games. We have a bit of trouble scoring against a team that parks the bus, but we give away nothing apart from retarded blunders from mainly Buffon, and the occasional CB.

Nearly every goal we concede is comming from a blunder, in a game where the opponent never looked like crossing the midfield line.

I never fucking said we fucking outplayed them. But we controlled every single game.

What i did fucking say, was that we NEVER got outplayed by the opponent. Their tactic is just "lets park the bus" cause its all they can do.

Get it fucking right next time for fucks sake
