According to Football Italia's probable lineup, both of them are starting.
MILAN - Walter Mazzarri has picked 22 players for Inter v Roma, the Serie A 2013/14 Week 7 match tomorrow night at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (kick-off 20:45).

Goalkeepers: 1 Samir Handanovic, 12 Luca Castellazzi, 30 Juan Pablo Carrizo;
Defenders: 5 Juan Jesus, 6 Marco Andreolli, 18 Wallace, 23 Andrea Ranocchia, 25 Walter Samuel, 31 Alvaro Pereira, 35 Rolando, 55 Yuto Nagatomo;

Midfielders: 10 Mateo Kovacic, 11 Ricky Alvarez, 13 Fredy Guarin, 16 Gaby Mudingayi, 17 Zdravko Kuzmanovic, 19 Esteban Cambiasso, 21 Saphir Taider;

Forwards: 7 Ishak Belfodil, 8 Rodrigo Palacio, 9 Mauro Icardi, 22 Diego Milito.

From inter.it, so FI are wrong. More likely they wrote that before the team sheets were submitted.

I think this game will be similar to Inter-Fiorentina, this Inter team does seem like a very motivated and well coached side so far. Although they wont have the advantage of not having a mid-week game over Roma. Interesting match-up. If Roma goes in there and comes away with all 3 points, hard to not see them challenging for CL spots all season. All they are really missing is a legit striker and some depth.

I personally believe it will end in a draw though.

These 2 teams have conserved more energy than us due to not being in CL or EL this season. Conte must be jealous.
