I was having an interesting discussion with my friends about modern day footballers and there legend compatriots, for example we would talk about a modern day player and try to find an old player with the same skills and play style, and we couldent find one inparticular

Pippo Inzaghi, who currently playing is most like Pippo, your opinions?
I'd say Higuain, although Gonzalo is technically better than Pippo and also a little taller. But Inzaghi was unique, not only today but back when he was playing as well. With the right set of players around him I would pick him over any other centre forward. His positional sense and passion for the game were second to none.

Inzaghi, is one of those players of wich there have been marginally few in history.

First of all, pure football wise, he was not really good. He had no dribbeling or passing ability. His shots and headers were all the technical qualities he had. But thats not important here...

...What sets inzaghi apart, is that he is a poacher among poachers. A player that cannot be marked. A player that will allways somehow lose its marker. But thats just the start. Inzaghi had a surreal sense of positionning. Much more then any other poacher, he allways stood at the correct spot.

Mourinho said a few years ago, his real didnt fear any player, except inzaghi, cause you cannot defend against inzaghi. and he was right.

The sad thing, is that you cant see this in his statistics. Inzaghi, was injuryprone. His knee specifically. He spend alot of time, proving people he was back allways.

Inzaghi and gerd Müller, have to be the best poachers in history

Banned until 2/2/14.

Said he'd appeal, though, so I'd guess a hearing can't be too far away.
Thanks.

Another Lazio question. :D

Why don't they have a sponsor on their kits? Even if they couldn't find a good deal, isn't some money better than no money?

Or am I missing something.

I totally like it when the media is giving inter the spotlight for the scudetto

Like this, we are less covered when making a mistake, whilst their numerous mistakes and disasters will be all over the newz

They should get shafted cause lacking a bench

They face genoa, the team that aspires to do what napoli is today, like 5 years ago. But failed hard
Only Genoa could have ruined Miguel Veloso and Rafinha.

True, hope they stay top and we're 2nd till the last few rounds then we snatch the title.
How about we win it by 15 points instead?

Do you remember, a few years ago, Genoa had it all to come. They just ranked their highest ever, they had money, the chairman invested, they got a surprisingly solid team.

.... and then they trew it away

Boateng,Veloso,Rafinha

All went on the bigger teams Genoa couldn't do shit with them  Teams that small can't invest 25m on such players to have them flop.

another gifted goal if i saw correctly... getting a bit annoying
But why? Why is everyone refusing to accept that Napoli are that strong? Look at them rotate and still win with ease, I don't know what happened with Sassuolo, their only match that I did not watch this season but all the others they simply showed that they are superior. They decided how the game goes even against the CL finalists. And every time I see someone predict that they will choke I just laugh because it is only wishful thinking.

i don´t know what you were trying to read into my post but you definately got it wrong.
if i saw it correctly (my stream was lagging at that time) the situation wasn´t dangerous at all until a genua player decided to send pandev through on goal... that´s all i said

2:0 pandev
