Unfortunately it can't be expanded. From what I've read on Italian forums it wouldn't be worthwhile.

No point expanding if we can't fill it. We could invest that money in other things if we fail to fill a 50k+ stadium regularly. Empty seats is no income at the end of the day and the aim should be to have as little empty seats as possible.

As of right now i believe so yes. We here at Juve always set the example for the rest of Italy to follow. We cant help it because we are so ahead of our country now in football terms.

Its a concept, and they removed a few layers to show how it looks beyond that.

errr correct me if i´m wrong but afaik our average attendance is like 38k or ~95%...
isn´t that exactly how it´s supposed to be?
