They didn't kick Pirlo out, he wanted a 3 year contract extension, but they only wanted to offer one year extensions to players over 30.

Agree completely.
While Pirlo was one of my favourite players, he hadn't been performing at the same level as before, during the last two or so years with us.

While Pirlo was one of my favourite players, he hadn't been performing at the same level as before, during the last two or so years with us.

Pirlo needed a career change to wake him up. I don't know if he'd have the same motivation by staying the course.

There's no coach who would do good with this shit squad of Milan. There's only a moment of an extra motivation when the coach arrives but that disappears after a short period. It's not about coach but more like everything else in the club. They are seriously horrible and pathetic this season and those statements that comes from their officials isn't helping their cause. Because they were one of the strongest clubs in Europe up till now. It just shows the standards of the league seeing Parma, Fiorentina, Verona and few others have an advantage over Milan.
