I was really impressed by Roma's first half.

They have the best Sports Director of Italy in Sabatini. He's the best by a mile IMO. He's in Roma for 3 seasons now, spending around 12/13M per season in transfer fees. And he completely changed the squad. Amazing eye for talent.

Marotta has done very well, but his budget is so much higher. In the same period he spent around 35M per year in transfer fees. Plus a significant difference in wages annual budget of around 20/30M.

Also Napoli's Biggon has done magic. He's in Napoli since 2009 and the club is completely reborn

Pradè from Fiorentina is also doing wonders. 3 teams with great administration in the last years.

I'd be happy to have any of these guys working for Juve.

Instead of Marotta?

No, thanks.

Sabatini isn't the best in Italy. Marotta owns that shit, 2 years in a row at least.

I wouldn't change Marotta for Bigon or Pradè right now.

For Sabatini yes, I would. But in the long run, any of these 3 options to replace Marotta in any case would be very good.

Just remembering that all the 3 of them have better resumes than Marotta when he joined Juve.
