Just look at that meague table

46 points before winterbreak. Thats even more then last year, with a game less played
5 points on roma, 10 on napoli, and 13 points ahead in Cl qualification. Just massive.
Best attack in the league, and despite our blundering start : second best defence in the league, just 4 goals more conceded then roma.

As i said when times were dark : our organisation and defensive unit was improved over last year, and once the form went up and the blundering ended we'd be a in a class of our own.

What the fuck is this bullshit. "without CL" ? We were in the CL groupstage, we will be in next year's CL groupstage and likely knockout rounds.

This.

People here talk about winning Serie A like it's a piece of cake. Many are forgetting the 2006-2011 period when nobody even talked about a chance of winning Scudetto.

Just wait until other teams reinforce and when we end up on second or third place, that will happen, then all these scudettos will be appreciated sooo much more.

I can remember every day like it was yesterday.... the capello days where we were bitching about the long balls and the 1-0 and 2-0 victories... then the dark era where we would kill someone to have the capello days back because we weren't winning at all.. and now the last couple years... we are winning.. we are playing awesome football... we won 2 scudetto's and this year are doing better (points and all) than those years... and now people start bitching about the fact that we are out of the CL...

seriously... YES it sucks that we are out of the CL... YES we could and should've won against kopenhagen... but we should look forward and focus on the things that we can win... with the Roma match being the most important one if you ask me..

even if we crash out of the EL too... if we win the scudetto, this season is a succesful one

Well said. Obviously, we're all disappointed with having crashed out of the CL, but a 3rd scudetto in a row would be a marvellous achievement. So would winning the EL in my opinion.

Any season which brings a major piece of silverware to the trophy cabinet is a successful one.

We all want the CL, but we just have to keep working hard to achieve it.

Actually winning EL would be massive from many points of view. People care about CL only but it was never an option to win it.

Just like Jem said: any silverware brought home makes a season successful. Also getting experience in EL is important; Take a look at Atletico they play awesome in CL this year but it's not coming from nowhere.
