Its good for Serie A if Napoli brings in some talents from other leagues. We need a competitive league to be well respected again.
And they wont go bankrupt. ADL has a plan, and those who compared Benitez to Ranieri has no idea what they are talking about.

Verratti is more of a Xavi type of player to me.Its just amazing how he works himself out ,out of tight spaces not saying Pirlo cant but his general movements and his agility reminds me very much of Xavi.

We don't need Napoli buying Higuain to make us "respected again" We do that be winning titles, which we've done for the past two seasons. We are the captains of our own destiny.

I think he meant to say these signings from other teams are welcome additions for the league which would make Serie A regain its prestige again.'We' as in Serie A.Or so i would assume.

EDIT :probably not :shifty:

Pogba > Verratti
Different sort of midfielders but all day, everyday (Hyundai).

Pogba on a free was just a sensational piece of business, amazing player and potential. With Verratti, it would have been way too much of a risk to sign a 19 year old kid with one season of Serie B under his belt for that huge sum.

It's unfortunate that he got away from us in the end but I'm hoping his love of Juventus and his desire to play in Serie A will lead him to us soon.

I'm a big fan of Verratti. Think he'd be an important signing for us with Pirlo aging. Would get us to keep the same type of football.

You are obviously not including his UEFA cup and Champions league with Liverpool, his runner up champions league with Liverpool and his recent Europa league win.

I missed his UEFA Super Cup with Liverpool, but the CL (Liverpool) and EL (Chelsea) were already there....

I didn't know you got a trophy for finishing runner up.
