Not wanting Inter and Milan to do well in Europe doesn't mean we want all of Serie A to fail. I wouldn't mind seeing Lazio go far. Any team really as far as it's not Inter, Milan, or Napoli. Maybe even Fiorentina. So yeah, Lazio and Roma qualifying and going past the group stages would be fine.

Some of you are gonna say "But wait, doesn't Zeman the cocksucker coach Roma?" Sure he does, but by the time Roma make it to the CL (two or so years) I'm sure he'll have kicked the bucket.

But really now, do you honestly think that Lazio and Roma would make a better name for the league in Europe than Milan, Inter and Napoli?

I never said we should be like PSG, not even once in my posts.

Bottom line is, Money "mainly" what attracts players to a certain club. Can you debate that point ?

Feel free....
I'll debate that point when you can convince me splashing insane amounts of money on big name players is our M.O.

Bottom line is that that is not he we operate, much to your (and others') despair. So the example of PSG is, quite simply, a terrible one.
In terms of signing players, we simply do not compete with those teams. Not that I mind it one bit. Hell, I hope we never will.

You could go with Bayern, I guess. But you need to take into account that the Bundesliga is a lot (and I do mean A LOT) healthier than Serie A to begin with.
Maybe Porto as well, if you look past them being more of a selling club, that is.

In essence: yes, money talks. But if you don't go along with those games (regardless of it being by choice or lack of funds), you damn well better have other perks going for you. And that's where a competitive league may prove to be important.
