Short sightedness at best on the part of some here.

Fuck Serie A = Fucked up Juventus in the not too distant future.

When teams sit down to renegotiate TV deals, less money will be flowing in because the league is unattractive, and has failed to attract top stars. Soon enough, the league will become a feeder league for other leagues (and will eventually fall behind the Bundesliga, and even Ligue 1) and even Juventus will fail to attract top players
Whats with all the drama in this thread?

Only one semi-star has left and pepole already freak. Even if milan sell those two nothing happend , the mercato just began they might buy big names they might not ,but on what basis one can claim the league is fucked?
falling behind ligua 1 is pretty sci fy at the moment.

On the same token of short-sightness, is it realy bad for the league in the long run that a club cleans house? its not like any of us know their long term plans
Are Milan and inter not allowed to rebuild their teams? have a project? or maybe it is a unique juve privlige since 06?

edit: btw, b81 I just used your post as springboard

It just seemed easier that way, although I did felt uneasy doing it.

I just started posting today after a long, long time and right on that first post, that Ahmed dude barked at me. Few secs later in the Joevtic thread I realised I'm in good company so..

So I'm making shit up now because of that, it's kinda weak...

In all honsty maybe I could have dropped France as it may not be major league, but the point is still valid and when PSG will win the league in the next 3-4 years it will be even more so...

Do you usually respond like that or just having a shitty day?
shows your piss poor research, Germany has had 5 different league winners in the past 6 seasons, Ligue 1 has 5 different winners the past 5 seasons.

'global trend' :howler:

other than Spain the rest are doing fine, Italy has always been relatively well-contested and England is tougher than ever.

 you really believe a country like Italy would ever fall to that level?

4 time World Champions, they will always produce the talent to enrich the domestic game.

You mean you think the domestic talent could be enough? Especially the current level of talent being produced?

Of course it could happen to Italy if England, Spain, Germany and France keep getting stronger and richer while Italy fails to keep up.

I think we can all agree that Italian kids do not get enough exposure/opportunities at the top level, so maybe this 'brain drain' will see the clubs open up a lot more to them.

in any case Juve has always competed for European honors, it won't let that aspect slide.

You had time to check and you are still wrong. In the last 6 years Bayern and dortmund each won twice so...and in the last 10 bayern won it 5 time

Regarding the French league? come on I explaind myself and you can't deny that they are going to dominate the next couple of years as Lyon did and City might in the EPL. No club in France is even in the same league as PSG.

Italy well contested? thats a joke. last year was a 2 club race, same as the last two years while we were "rebuilding" and the same gonna happen next year probably unless inter will pull a rabbit out of their ass or it might even get worse if Milan decide to sell and clear debts.
The only reason smaller side in italy are harder to beat is because they are tacticly astute, in terms of talent i see a downgrade

In the EPL City won it this year, but Chelsea and Man U won the last 7 !
In my original post, I, Myself said that the EPL is the exception but again only with a view to the future, because at the moment my point is still valid.

Its always easier to a dissmiss a post when picking half sentences to disprove then actually trying to understand the premise of the post

shows your piss poor research
What research? Just posted my opinion on the issue, Its not Uni and I ain't gonna do research every time before I post unless it serves a point

ibra's departure will only impact this season, if milan takes this 70 mil and ivests in their team this is very good for them beyong this coming season.
I'm pretty sure they won't reinvest. What did they do with the Kaka money? (I'm asking coz I don't really remember :D)
